Pictured is a wedding held in December by the Lazy River, part of Phase II. Also pictured is the banquet/meeting room facility, set up for a Christmas party.
The Lazy River, as seen in the photograph at the bottom of this page, consists of 50,000 square feet of deck surrounding the water feature. The Lazy River is a great facility for a wedding, reception, or pool party. The banquet/meeting facility is 7,000 square feet and can be divided into 3 rooms of differing sizes. The facility can accommodate 700 people standing or 300 seated.  A Tiki hut at Phase I is equipped with a charcoal grill and serves very nicely for a small outdoor party. Caribe has recently acquired two, gas powered barbecue grills. These grills are capable of cooking sufficient meat; from hot dogs to burgers, ribs, roasts, steaks; to easily feed 150 to 200 people and are available for parties..
