The 30" Superba® double oven/microwave combination with thermal
cooking system is a welcome asset to experienced chefs and novices alike. The key to convection
is balanced, efficient heating. You get both from the fan-assisted Third Hidden Element (T.H.E.™)
Convection Cooking System. The third element, for convection baking, is hidden along the back wall of the oven.
A fan that surrounds the element circulates heated air gently and evenly throughout the oven without exposing foods
to direct radiant heat - which can create undesired hot spots. New, in Phase II, is a convenient warming drawer.
The 36" electric cooktop with dual-circuit elements and a ceramic-glass cooktop, features halogen and
