PHASE II

• Building is open and occupied.
• Indoor pool, with slide, is open and complete.
• Outdoor pool, with three slides, two waterfalls, is open and complete.
• Lazy River is open and heavily used.
• Banquet/meeting space with over 7000 square feet is open and available for rental.
• Caribe Oasis (deli) is open.

Phase II visually replicates Phase I, although the building has a significantly larger footprint, resulting in an increase in the size of each unit in the building.

There are several additions and/or changes in the standard features in each unit, including:

• KitchenAid Ensemble Laundry System (washer/dryer)
• KitchenAid warming drawer
• KitchenAid oversized Sink
• Extended wet bar with large KitchenAid  ice machine and wine cooler
• Tiled living/dining area
• Tiled balcony

New features incorporated in the building include:

• Larger and redesigned outdoor and indoor pools
• Larger weight room and spa area
• Redesigned atrium water features
• Completely covered main building entrance
• Covered Parking Deck with water features and 1,000 + sq ft Lazy River

PHASE III

• Building is sold out. There are a few units available for resale.
• Building "C" is complete with finishing touches in progress.
• Units are now being closed.

Caribe RESTAURANT

If all goes to plan, the restaurant will begin in the next 9 to 12 months. 

Turquoise Place

The preliminary construction has begun on Phase I of Turquoise Place. The pilings have been poured. Floors and walls are now being poured, with walls and reinforcing rods visible from the road. Click here to view a slide show of progress. Slides will be added regularly, so check back.

We are pursuing the goal of making Caribe Resort, a true "full service" resort, UNLIKE ANY OTHER.
