• A major credit card is required to hold all reservations.
• A refundable $250 deposit is required for all reservations less than 1 month.
• A refundable $500 deposit is required for all monthly rentals.
• Deposit required in our office within 10 days of making a reservation to avoid cancellation.
• A non-refundable $30.00 reservation processing fee will be charged for all reservations.
• Children under the age of 14 not allowed in weight room and/or hot tubs: 14-18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guest is responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, you will be billed accordingly.
• Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit.
• Deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure if unit is left in good order.
• Please verify:   Arrival/Departure dates      Reserved accommodations     Rent amount due.
• A unit will be assigned to you upon confirmation, but is subject to change (before check-in) if the need arises.
• If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less the processing fee:   15 days for weekly rentals    90 days for monthly rentals. If less then the minimum notice is given, your deposit will be held for lost rent unless the unit is rebooked. If rebooked, your deposit, less the processing fee, will be refunded. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURE.
• Check-in is 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm daily in Building B. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 pm, please advise us ahead of time.
• Check-out is 10:00 am. Keys are to be returned to the Caribe Resort Reservation/Front desk. If you check out after 10:00 am, an additional fee will be applied (up to 1 full day). We must have your cooperation to prepare the unit for the next guest's arrival. We ask that when you depart, please dispose of all food and trash. All dishes are to be left clean. The cleaning and linen will be handled by our housekeeping staff.
• A departure cleaning fee is charged for each stay.
• Sales. Some of our rental properties are for sale. If the unit you are renting is for sale, we may need to show it to a prospective purchaser during your stay. We will make every effort to schedule a time that is convenient for you so that we do not interrupt your vacation.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. Rates, descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the unit be out of service or unavailable. If comparable accommodations are not available, a refund will be given. Every precaution has been taken by Caribe Sales and Rentals for accuracy, however, we reserve the right to correct errors. We cannot give refunds and are not responsible for changes in furnishings by the owners.
• All reservations are limited to two parking passes - no exceptions.
• Motor homes, campers, RVs, or any other towed vehicles etc., are prohibited on property.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
• All units are NON-SMOKING.
• Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Long-distance calls are available for a fee that will be charged to your folio.
• High-Speed Internet is available in each unit free of charge. (Wireless Internet is available free of charge in the lobbies, atriums and Oasis areas.)
